Salmon is power packed with immune-boosting vitamin D, heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, and muscle-building protein. It addition it tastes great!
Michelle Malia of Men’s Health said, “Meat burgers are good. In fact, they’re great. But if you’ve married the meat burger, dedicated yourself to it, and promised never to fool around with any other burger, well, you’re doing yourself a disservice.”
Why?
“Because there are plenty of other fish in the sea. In fact, there’s one fish in particular that — when it’s mixed with fresh flavors, seared to perfection, and topped with a quick homemade tartar sauce — makes for one jaw-dropping burger.”
